Born December 30, 1941 in Burlington, Iowa, she was the daughter of Kenneth Laxton Hollenbeck and Esther Emily (Cornwell) Hollenbeck Haendler. On February 14, 1975 in Burlington she married Clarence Dean Ball. He died May 2, 2004.
Mrs. Ball graduated from Burlington High School and attended Professional Business Institute in Minneapolis, MN.
She was a dental assistant for a while for Dr. Singsank, Iowa Army Ammunition Plant for 10 ½ years then secretary at Mississippi Valley Savings and Loan, First National Bank and then last working for the Chaplains Office at Burlington Medical Center for 4 years retiring in the 1990's. She was a member of the Ladies Moose Auxiliary.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson in infancy, one son Alan Green and one daughter Julie Ball.
