Mrs. Muck died Jan. 12th at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Milton Pruitt, at the advanced age of eighty-three. Funeral Saturday at St. George’s church conducted by Rev. Estell.

Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 206 for German Township, Bartholomew County records Catherine Muck, an 82 year, 11 month, 22 day old widowed white female, died around 7 p.m. on January 11, 1905 in German Township. The cause of death was "Chronic Nephritis." She was the daughter of Joshua Marker, born in Maryland, and Elizabeth Julic, born in Trenton, New Jersey. The informant was Milton Pruit of Edinburg. Burial at Saint George Cemetery in Shelby County on January 15, 1905, J.M. Breeding, undertaker.
