Cecile J. Hilton, 89, of Robinson Road, a retired telephone operator from Bell Telephone Co., died of heart failure Tuesday at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center.
Services are 12:30 p.m. Friday at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hilton was a Utica native. She graduated from Mississippi State Teacher's College.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
She was a charter member of Hinds County Hunting & Fishing Club.
Survivors include: daughters, Virginia Manning and Beebe Bruckner, both of Jackson; son, William "Bill" Hilton Jr. of Marietta, Ga.; brother, Willie Jones of Jackson; sister, Ruth Eagle of Ocean Springs; and five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
