She was preceded in death by her parents, Dillard and Audie (Strange) McCowan, husband, James A. Keen of 49 years, 3 brothers, Roscoe, Bill and Thurman McCowan, 2 sisters, Juanita Sloan and Jean Harper, and grandson, Clayton Keen. Nita is survived by 4 sons and 1 daughter, Ron (Carol) Keen; Lonnie (Beverly) Keen; Leon (Patricia) Keen of Springboro; Linda (Ken) Parks; and Tony Keen of Hillsboro; 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Ray and Delmar McCowan; and devoted friend, Harold Kniffen and the Kniffen family.
