Lucasvile - Iva Bair, 77, of Miller's Run, Lucasville Route 3, died Monday at Mercy Hospital. She was a native of Elliott County, Ky. Her husband, Sherman, died in 1954.
Surviving are six sons, William Henry and Rufus Jessie, both of Orient, Willard of Jacksonville, Ark., Bill C., Charles F. and Andrew L. Bair, all of Lucasville Route 3; six daughters, Dorothy Hall of Hitchins, Ky., Elaine B. O'Brien of Columbus, Susie E. Helle of Powell, Tenn., Opal Heim of Cardington, Iris L. Bach of Hamilton and Martha J. Salyer of Hillsboro; 46 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Service is to be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at McKinley Funeral Home here, with the Rev. Sam Salyer officiating, and interment in Scioto Cemetery on Cockrell's Run. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until the service hour Wednesday in the funeral home.
