SHIRMAN BAIR
(1904-1954)
Shirman Bair, 54, of the Coon Hollow area on Lucasville Rt. 3, died this morning of a heart attack at the A-plant.
Mr. Bair had gone to the plant in Pike County to get a load of surplus lumber.
Surviving are his wife, Iva; six daughters, Airman Susie Bair, serving the Woman's Air Force at Lackland Air Base, San Antonio, Tex., Mrs. Eline O'Bryan of Toledo, and Mrs. Dorothy Hall of Hutchins, Ky., Iris, Opal and Martha Jane, all at home; son six sons, Sgt. William Bair, in the Army at Ft. Campbell, Ky., Airman 3C Willard Bair in the Air Force at Seward, Tenn., and Charley, Rufus and Andy, all at home.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of McKinley Funeral Home.

Mr. Eddie Bair, a nephew, will officiate at services at the residence and burial will be made in Scioto Cemetery on Salt Creek under the direction of McKinley Funeral Home. The body may be viewed at the residence.
