Former Waurika resident PAULINE ALEXANDER BISHOP, 90, of Duncan, died Tuesday, June 19, 2007, in Duncan Regional Hospital.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Stephens United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ruth Atterberry officating.
Burial will be in Hope Cemetery under direction of Carter-Smart Funeral Home.
Pauline was born March 29, 1917, in the Hope Community, to Lynn and Minnie Witt Alexander. She married Earl Bishop, and he preceded her in death.
Pauline was a member of United Methodist Women, active in the Senior Citizens Center, a volunteer at Jefferson County Hospital, and a member of Ringling United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Sybil and Jon Gilbert of Duncan; a son-in-law, Randy Howard of Ringling; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Earl Lynn Bishop; a brother, Ned Alexander; and a sister, Hazel Payne.
Bearers will be Shawn Howard, Richard Hunnicutt, Tracy Smith, Brian Hunnicutt, Darin Duncan and Dustin Duncan.
Honorary bearers are Todd Gilbert, Greg Mahaffey and Casey Fincher.
