Cliff was born to Thomas W. Danby and Anna Caroline Albright in New Jersey. His siblings were;

1. Ann Carol Danby (1892-1958), m1. Edward Northrop; m2. Harold Seal.

2. Amelia Danby (1895-).

3. Josephine Danby (1895-1938), m. Walter Brooks; (divorced).

Cliff was never married. He worked as a "ship fitter" the Philadelphia Navy Yard during the 1918 time period, and later was working as a builder in Frankford Arsenal.

He worked with and often stayed in the homes of members of the Winkler family in Philadelphia, for much of his adult life. I believe that is why his name is included on the Winkler memorial stone in this cemetery.

Clifford died at The Little Sisters of the Poor Hospital on 5300 Chester Ave, at the age of 78, in 1962.

His grandmother is Charlotte Endicott (Rogers) Albright who can be seen at this link.
