MURRAY - Zina LaVelle Oliver Jones, 73, our loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away June 20, 1995 in a Salt Lake hospital.
Born April 20, 1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Joseph Smith Oliver and Zina Alfreta Heugley. Married Victor Wyatt Jones in Evanston, Wyoming August 28, 1942. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple May 4, 1962. LaVelle was an active member of the LDS Church, teaching in the Primary and serving in the Relief Society, and she loved to quilt.
Survivors: husband, Victor, Murray; children, Vicky Argyle and husband, Philip, Orem; Sharon Warnick and husband, Merril, American Fork; Jeff Jones and wife, Brenda, Midvale; Ken Jones, Murray; Dennis Jones, Murray; Janet McCarrel and husband, Rod, Henderson, Nevada; Doug Jones and wife, Lori, Taylorsville; Sue Jones, Orem; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Emma Featherstone and husband, Jim; Chole Jones; Allen Oliver and wife, Julie; Marvin Oliver, all Salt Lake City; Richard Oliver and wife, Marlene, Draper.

Funeral services Friday, June 23, 1995, at 11 a.m. in the Millcreek 9th LDS Ward Chapel (Millcreek Stake Center) 4220 South 420 East. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Midvale, Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
