Carol grew up in Orange County, California. As a teen, she was a member the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. Starting out in Orange Assembly #86, she later became a charter member of Yorba Linda Assembly #259. As a Past Worthy Advisor of the organization, she was given the honor of being appointed the Grand Representative of Georgia and served in that capacity at the state level as one of the Adorable Owls of 1978-1979.
Carol had a brilliant mind. She was a certified public accountant, but her proudest accomplishment was rearing her two sons. She is survived by both of them, as well as her elder brother and sister.
