Miss Sariah Bodnarik, 12, of Wilsons, VA, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019. She is survived by her parents, Casey and Jarett Bodnarik; a sister, Storm; two brothers, Xavier and Enoch; a niece, Sonya, all of Wilsons; paternal grandmother, Cheri Davison (Herb); great grandmother, Chris Hardy; maternal grandmother, Delores Branch (Jim); maternal grandfather, Tom Martin (Pat); numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was a vibrant seventh grader of Dinwiddie County Middle School, who loved all animals and was also well known for running around barefoot. Sariah was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Burkeville Branch. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Road (Bus. Hwy. 460), near Blackstone. Funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2019, at The Historic Southside High School Education Center, 12318 Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, VA 23841. Casual attire is welcome. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 26, 2019, at Carmel United Methodist Church, 5729 Sandy Point Road, Kinsale, VA 22488.
