Carroll was a member of the I.B.E.W. Local Union 357, working in Las Vegas from the 1960's to the mid-1980's. He then retired and moved back to Utah. He enjoyed his family and friends and always had a twinkle in his eyes and a mischievious grin. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Shirley; and son, Allen. Survivors include his wife, Lillian H. Tullis; son, Howard; daughters, Kathy Grizzle, Colette and Lisa Tullis; stepchildren, Randy, Eugene, Charlotte, Judy and Ramona; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
