Frank, of Vidor, passed away at age 88 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital. A native of North Carolina he has lived in Vidor for sixty two years. He was a tool maker for thirty five years before he retired from Ideco. He was a member and trustee of First Pentecostal Church of Vidor. He served his country in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his first wife of thirty-five years Christeal Rogers. He is survived by his wife of twenty-seven years Tommie Rogers, sons Frankie E. Rogers and his wife Judith, Bobby L. Rogers and his wife Angie, daughters Sue Barnhart and her husband Lynn, Billie Lee Wright and her husband Johnny and Ruth Chandler and her husband James, sisters Mabel Rogers, Wanda Woody, Betty Green, and Mary Rogers, eighteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
