Mable Edna Rogers, age 100, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2014 at Memorial Campus in Asheville.
A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late John and Dollie Woody Rogers. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Rogers, who passed away in 2001; three sisters and five brothers. Mable had a loving and giving heart and was the oldest surviving member of Bethel Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, three sisters, one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Bethel Baptist Church. Burial will follow at New Cruso Cemetery.
