Frank was born on February 4, 1930 in Quay, NM to Jeffrey Y. and Lena (Berseal) Dibble, the youngest of eight children. He was raised on the family ranch in San Jon, NM where he also attended school. He moved to the Albuquerque area in 1948 after his high school graduation, where he worked as an electrician for McCrary Electric and then a plant engineer for Utility Block. He and his wife Shirley also owned and ran Northdale Video for 11 years.
He will be remembered for his cheerful outlook on life. He always had a joke to tell or funny story to make you laugh. He loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much. He enjoyed being with family, woodworking, gardening and he made the best fudge at Christmas time.
Frank is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shirley Dibble of Albuquerque, NM; his sons, Jeffrey, Phillip, Russell, Marty, and Tony; his step-children Jim Ruybal (wife Marilynn), Patricia Ruybal and David Ruybal (wife Loyce), all of Albuquerque, NM and many wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Alameda, 8818 Second Street NW, Albuquerque, with Pastor Marvin Capahart officiating.
