C.W. "Bus" Gresham of Danville died Monday, May 21, 2007 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. He was 86.
Born in Moreland on June 4, 1920, he was the son of the late Watt and Peachie Ferrell Gresham.
He was a retired electrical inspector for RECC and a member of the Moreland Christian Church where he had once served as a deacon.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Dorothy Southerland Gresham; a son, R.C. "Bob" (and Debbie) Gresham; three sisters, Christine Grant of Cincinnati, Margie Mattingly of West Virginia and Lucille Smith of Indiana; a granddaughter, April (and Eric) McCrickard; and two great-grandchildren, Christian and Calvin.

Funeral services were May 23 at Moreland Christian Church by the Rev. David Smith. Burial was in Moreland Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bill Peyton, Burnon Hamilton, James Kelley, Terry Conner, Paul Rankin and Verlan Griffin.
Honorary pallbearers were Glyn Southerland, Dale Smith, Charles Bolling, Tommy Adams and Hubert Royalty.
W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
