She was born June 2, 1894 in Italy, the daughter of Marie Barrazuol and Johm DaRos. Her husband, Luigi Castagner, is deceased They were married in 1917 in Italy. A communicant of St. Joseph's Church, Croton Falls, Mrs. Castagner had lived in the area for 42 years and prior to that lived in Italy. She leaves one son, Victor

Castagner, Cherry Hill Road, Carmel; a brother Anthony DaRos, Cherry Hill Road, Carmel; two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Petri of Jackson Heights and Mrs. Maria Dalbo of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and five grandchildren. A requiem mass will be said today (Saturday) at 11 am at St Joseph's Church, Croton Falls Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Somers.
