Donna Rae Miller Fletcher, 53, of Lake Charles entered her heavenly home 7:40 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005. She entered His gates with thanksgiving where she now lives, loves and continues to praise her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. John 13:34-35: “As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples” — and so Donna did.

Mrs. Fletcher was raised in Cameron Parish and was a graduate of South Cameron High School, where she lettered in track and basketball. She attended McNeese State University. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was a group leader for the BSF — The Bible Study Fellowship International. She was also a member of the Trinity handbell and adult choirs and enjoyed many years of singing with the Messiah Chorus.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband of 33 years; two sons; four grandchildren; her mother and three sisters.
