Richard Francis Traughber, 87, of Springfield, died Friday, November 25, 2005, at NorthCrest Medical Center. Funeral mass was celebrated on Tuesday Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church with Rev. Mark Beckman as Celebrant. Internment followed in St. Michael's Cemetery.
Mr. Traughber was born August 8, 1918 in Robertson County to the late Richard Godfrey and Mary Jane Adams Traughber.
He was a retired maintenance worker with Southern Heel and was a communicant of St. Michael Catholic Church. Mr. Traughber was preceded in death by his son Tim Traughber.
