Daughter of Thomas and (Sarah) Heasley Brandon, she married John B. Galey, was widowed, lived in Wayne, Wood County, OH, died in Cranberry Twp, Venango Co, PA, of pneumonia, per death certificate 124649, whose informant was Mary Brandon of Franklin. Buried Dec 22 1929.

Mrs. Elizabeth J. Gealy, aged 81 years, a resident of Wayne, Ohio, died suddenly at 12:45 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Thomas Brandon homestead near Salina where she was spending the winter after an illness of only a few hours duration. She was taken ill shortly after midnight. She had been at the Brandon homestead where her four half-sisters resided since October and she planned to spend the remainder of the winter there. She had been in apparently good health prior to her sudden illness early Thursday.

She had lived at Seneca for many years but left about 30 years ago and made her home at Wayne since that time. She was the widow of the late John B. Gealy who died 12 years ago.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. G. R. Lewis of Bradner, Ohio; a son, Jesse Gealy of Kaw City, OK; a sister, Mrs. William Manson of Rocky Grove; and four half-sisters, Sarah, Lavina, Mary and Lucinda Brandon, at whose house she died.
