KOOSHAREM, Sevier County - William Baxter Brown, 95, died Thursday, 4:45 p.m. at the home of a son, Eugene, in Monroe, of causes incident to age. Born April 20, 1863, Dundee, Scotland, to Richard Todd and Helen Blamire Brown. Came to Utah same year. Koosharem resident since 1878. Married Amelia C. Olsen, Nov. 20, 1888, Junction, Piute County. Later solemnized, Manti Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Active in Church, civic affairs.

Survivors: sons, daughters, Eugene, Rulon. Mrs. Claude (Ella) Winget, Monroe; Floyd, Mrs. Owen (Irene) Bagley, Koosharem; Alburn, Bicknell, Wayne County; Rufus, West Jordan; Mrs. Kenneth (Mildred) Farnsworth, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Clark (Eva) Watkins, San Jose, Calif: 52 grandchildren: 84 great-grandchildren; two grent-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Monday, 1 p.m., Koosharem LDS Ward chapel. Friends call Magleby Mortuary, Richfield. Sunday 7-9 p.m., Monday at home of son, Floyd, Koosharem, 10 a.m. to services. Burial Koosharem Cemetery.
