Ann Jones Watson Marable was the daughter of Thomas S. Watson, Sr., and Sally Sarah Saunders. Though there are some older secondary histories that say Ann was the SISTER of Thomas Tennessee Watson, this is not the case as understood and researched by actual Watson descendants, but rather she was a FIRST COUSIN to him. Thomas Tennessee Watson's father was Augustus Watson, brother to the aforementioned Thomas S. Watson Sr.
