Arthur Lehms, 65, of Blue Grass, died at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Chris Alt, with whom he lived. He was born in Muscatine County and never married. Mr. Lehms farmed near Blue Grass before retiring.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Sophia Stramp, Iowa City, Mrs. Christ Alt, Blue Grass, and Mrs. Adaline Fridley, Muscatine, and a brother, William, Durant.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Runge Chapel. Burial will be in Blue Grass Cemetery.
