Mr. Rivoire was a marketing employee of I. T. Hartford Co. Joe was a much beloved member of the Class of 1979 at St. Frederick High School.
He was survived by his wife, Karen Duncan Rivoire of Monroe; two daughters, Bailey Elizabeth Rivoire and Anna Margaret Rivoire; one son, Sylvester Joseph Rivoire, IV; his parents, Ulysse Victor and Margaret Michel Rivoire; two sisters, Marguerite Rivoire Watts and Michelle Ruth Rivoire; three brothers, John Eric Rivoire, Ulysse Victor Rivoire Jr. and David Michael Rivoire; and his maternal grandmother, Anna Mae Michel.
