Three brothers, PFC Hugh M. Blakeley, Cpl. George T. Blakeley, and Cpl. John S. Blakely, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Blakeley, of Cerulean, have received their discharges from the Armed Forces.

PFC Hugh M. Blakeley arrived home on October 24. He was inducted into the Armed Forces on June 27. 1942 and served nineteen months overseas with the 53rd Infantry in the Aleutian Islands. He wears the Asiatic-Pacific ribbons with one bronze star and the Good Conduct Medal.

Cpl. George T. Blakeley arrived home on October22 after receiving his discharge at Camp Atterbury, Ind. He was inducted in to the armed Forces in February, 1942 and served thirty-three months overseas with the 12th and 9th Air Forces, serving in Africa, Sicily, Italy, Corsica, France, Germany and Austria. He wears the European Theater ribbon with seven bronze stars and the Good Conduct Medal.

Cpl. John S. Blakeley arrived home October 14 after receiving his discharge at Camp Atterbury, Ind. He was inducted into the Armed Services in April 1943 and served twenty months overseas with the 50th Armored Infantry Regiment serving in England, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany. He wears the European Theater ribbon with five bronze stars. He also received two citations and bronze stars.
