Mr. Dillion was born in Amonate, Va., and was a Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Barker-Dillion; his mother, Kathleen Byrd Hansen of Virginia Beach; and three sisters, Vicky Davis and Nancy Ewell, both of Virginia Beach, and Jean Evans of Freeman, W.Va.
The graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Ronnie Workman. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel.
