Joyce was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a very talented artist.
She is survived by two sons and four daughters; Kelly (Sue) Miller, Scott Miller, Shelly Denece (Mike) Adams, Heidi (Steve) Ashdown, Holly (Troy) Opheikens, Laurie Jill (James) Fisher; step-daughter Darinda Strong, 32 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and many great-great –grandchildren and counting. She was preceded in death by her husband Francis.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
