Oren Fay is the son of Albert Winfield Breshears & Anna Ferrell Breshears.
He married Bertha Maude Mencer on March 28, 1927. He farmed for many years in the Star area. During World War II, he worked in the shipyards on the Oregon coast. He was employed by the Bohemian Brewery for 15 years and by the Boise Independent School District until he retired in 1971. He married Alice Carter on May 22, 1954. She died in March 1977. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
He was preceded in death by his son, Arnold Fay Breshears.
