Mrs. Margaret Jackson Richardson, 80, of 833 Jollystreet Road, Prosperity, widow of George Harold Richardson, died Thursday at her residence. Born in Elloree, SC, she was a daughter of the late John N. and Vernie Smith Jackson. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Mrs. Richardson is survived by her sons and daughters in law, John E. and Sherree Richardson of Pomaria, and Mark A. and Martha Richardson of Prosperity; a brother, Horace Jackson of Elloree; 6 grandchildren, Jenny, Lori Beth, Benji, Kirby, Scott, and Holly Richardson; and a sister-in-law, Wilma Kinard of Newberry. She was predeceased by her daughter, Judy Agnes Richardson; sisters, Madilyn Werts and Mary Chapman, and brothers, John Jackson, Richard (Buck) Jackson, and Kirby Jackson. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, at St. Paul Lutheran Church by the Rev. Brent Nichols. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
