Funeral service for Aaron Flick, 76, of Rawson, who died in the Bluffton hospital following an operation yesterday, will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Mr. Flick had been seriously ill for two days.
The funeral will be conducted from the Rawson United Brethren church. Rev Doyle Stuckey will officiate. The body will be interred in the Benton Ridge cemetery.
Mr. Flick had been sexton of the United Brethren church for a number of years. He was also a member of the church.
The son of George and Lydia Flick, he was born June 21,1856 in Mt. Cory and had spent his entire life in Hancock County, Ohio.
He was married in 1877 to Dora A. Harritt who survives with two children Ervin Flick of Cleveland and Mrs. L.D. Zachman of Toledo. Two children preceded him in death. Six grandchildren and one great grand child survive also.
Two sister and two brothers are living. They are Mrs. John Dubring, Kansas, Pa.; Mrs. Dilla Stathinger, Garretsville; M.C. Flick, Baltimore, Ohio and W. S. Flick, Wanatah, Indiana.
The body was taken to the Otto mortuary and will be removed to the residence sometime Tuesday.
