Antoinette 'Toni' C. Anweiler Longtime Livingston resident and teacher, skilled at calligraphy, 89 Antoinette "Toni" C. Anweiler, 89, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, in Flemington, N.J., with her loving family by her side. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, N.J. Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, April 2, at 10 a.m. at St. Philomena's Church, Livingston, N.J., with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Born in Newark, N.J., Toni was a longtime resident of Livingston, N.J., before recently moving to Flemington, N.J. She taught in Livingston at Harrison Elementary School for 30 years before her retirement in 1984. Toni was an accomplished calligrapher and a talented artist, her specialty being watercolors. Toni loved all children, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson. Toni is survived by her beloved husband, Harvey; her loving daughter, Lynn Lavanga and husband Vincent, and her son, Craig Anweiler and his wife, Diana. Toni leaves behind grandchildren, Dr. Jennifer Lavanga Reiter and her husband, William Reiter; Nicholas Anweiler, and Joseph Anweiler, as well as her great-grandson, Benjamin Reiter. In lieu of flowers, donations in Antoinette's name may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org)
