Mabel M. Heverly, 93, Hollidaysburg, died Saturday morning at the home of her son, Don.
She was born in Hollidaysburg, daughter of the late Milton and Ada (Grove) Neely.
She married William A. Heverly in Hollidaysburg. He preceded her in death Sept. 9, 1989.
Surviving are four sons: Donald, James, Richard “Rick” and Randy, all of Hollidaysburg; two sisters: Ethel Onkst of Duncansville and Betty Jane Blyler of Orrtanna; 11 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, William T. on Oct. 25, 2005; and two brothers: Elmer “Son” and Samuel “Pete.”
She retired from James Industries, Hollidaysburg.
At Mabel’s request, there will be no public viewing.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, Robert L. Chrissman officiating.
Interment will be in Presbyterian Cemetery, Hollidaysburg.
Memorial contributions may be given to Juniata Valley Gospel Church.
