Ms. Caraway, 81, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Friday, November 30, 2018 in her residence.
Betty served the public as a waitress her entire life and was a member of Pineville Church of Christ. She enjoyed quilting, floral arranging and dancing and singing with her brothers and sisters. Her unfailing strength in the most difficult of times, her faith in God, her unconditional love for her family and her hilarious Granny sense of humor has been the foundation that has held her family all together. Betty will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Ms. Caraway is preceded in death by her parents, James and Hattie Swain.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include four daughters, Pam Huffman and her husband Kenny of Pineville, Penny Grantadams and her husband CJ of Pineville, Lynn Haymon and her husband Terry of Deville, Leann Wilson and her husband Paul of Deville; two sons, Richard Lopez of Keithville, Heath Swain of Lafayette; three sisters, Mildred Carroll of Rayville, Leila Faye Young of Rayville, Ida Cowan and her husband Wayne of Rayville; three brothers, Waymon swain of Bastrop, Floyd Swain and his wife Donnie of Rayville, Lloyd Swain and his wife Linda of Rayville; twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
