Wyman Thomas, 89, of 88 Brigman Hollow Road, Marshall, passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2004, at his home.
Mr. Thomas was a retired farmer and lifelong resident of Madison County.
He was preceded in death by his sons, J.B. Thomas and Arnold Douglas Thomas and a great-grandson, Holden Lee Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Tweed Thomas; daughter, Ethel Emerson of Alpharetta, Ga.; son, Houston Thomas of Marshall; sisters, Ruth Miller of Jonesboro, Tenn., and Hazel Martin of Marshall; brothers, William Thomas of Marshall and Lawrence Thomas of Jupiter; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at his residence. The Revs. Eddie Chandler and Hubert Metcalf will officiate. Inurnment will follow in Thomas Cemetery.
