Alfonso Espronceda, Jr. went to be with the Lord on November 9, 2018, at the age of 69. He was born on October 22, 1949 in San Antonio, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso and Angelina Espronceda, Sr. Alfonso is survived by his loving wife, Olga R. Espronceda; children, Susie E. Castillo (Jason), Annette Espronceda-Regino (Michael) and Alfonso Espronceda, IV; sisters, Victoria Saenz (Joe) and Maria Moore; 3 grandchildren, Jason E. Castillo, Viviana E. Castillo and Severiano E. Regino, and other extended family members.
Alfonso retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 35 years. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church on Friday, November 16, 2018. Interment to follow at Mission Burial Park South.
