Dolores Roh, 92, of Schuyler passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Schuyler Care and Rehab Center.

Dolores Roh was born on April 13, 1926 to John and Agnes (Novacek) Rerucha on the family farm near Bruno.

She graduated from Brainard High School and married Milton Roh two years later on February 20, 1946 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Bruno. After their wedding the couple lived in the Morse Bluff/Abie area then moved to Omaha then moved to Iowa and later moved back to the Schuyler area in 1968.

After moving back to Schuyler Dolores worked at D and L Manufacturing (Camaco) until her retirement.

She loved working in the kitchen, especially baking Kolaches, listening to polkas, assembling puzzles, or going to the events of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Dolores loved playing marbles with them. She spent countless hours in her garden, particularly growing her violets. She also enjoyed the time that she spend with her “grand-puppies”.

She is survived by her son Larry (Rita) Roh of Schuyler; grandchildren: Angie (John) Krueger of Columbus and their children Austin and Matthew; Travis Roh of Schuyler; Ashley Roh of Omaha; Dallas Sweet of Oakland, Nebraska; sister-in-law Marie Roh and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Milton who died in 1995, and three brothers: Frank, Victor, and John Rerucha.
