Alice K. Balinski, age 67 of Hardy Dam/Newaygo, Michigan passed away June 5, 2006 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. Alice was born on January 16, 1939 in Petosky to Walter and Walter and Nancy (Kilmer) Soblesky and has been a longtime resident of the White Cloud area. Alice had been a seasonal worker at the Bolthouse Farms in Grant for several years and enjoyed being outdoors, feeding the wildlife around her home, gaming, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her companion, Chuck Dulyea of Newaygo; her children, Mark (Arlene) Smith of Grand Rapids; Angela (William) Tibbens of Sea Grove, North Carolina; Scott (Dawn) Balinski of Rockford, Michigan; 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren; several brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews; and her former husband, Donald Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Balinski.

Funeral services were held on June 9, 2006 from the Crandell Funeral Home – White Cloud Chapel. Arrangements by Crandell Funeral Home – White Cloud Chapel.
