Mary Eliza Peterson Coltrin, 74, of Sparks, died April 11, 1998 at Heathstone of Northern Nevada, Sparks. A aative of Idaho, she was born November 12, 1923 to Charles Otto and Olive Avery Peterson and had lived in the Reno area for the past 35 years coming from Las Vegas.
Mrs. Coltrin was a homemaker and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sparks Ninth Ward.
Surviving are son Richard of Sacramento, California, Charles of Carson City, and Mark of Mammoth Springs, Arkansas; daughters, Lucille Bogart and Noreen Fitzgibbons, both of Reno, and Ellen Hansen of St. Anthony, Idaho; brother, Don Peterson of Denver, brother, Byron Peterson and sister, Zelda Torrey, both of Show Low, Arizona; sisters, Alice Haycock, Eva Banner, and Leona Carlson and daughter, Marilyn Felt, all of Burley, Idaho; sisters, Geneva Peterson of Provo, Utah, JoAnn Jones of Idaho Falls, Luella Morgan of Parker, Arizona, Dorothy Peterson of Rupert, Idaho, and Marjorie Peterson of Tucson, Arizona; 37 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral is scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
