Joan Holland Billingsley, 87, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born February 26, 1931 in Blue Springs, MS to the late Whit and Jimmie Holland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramie Billingsley, and her daughter, Phyllis Billingsley Stanton, and son-in-law, Felix Fancher.

She is survived by her children, Gwyn Ray (Malcolm) of Horn Lake, Debbie Fancher of Columbus, Mike Stanton, son-in-law of Saratoga, AR, Walter Billingsley (Vanita) of Tupelo, and Lisa Wigginton (Terry) of Tupelo; her brother, Charles Holland Batesville,MS; her grandchildren, Dana Shelton Russell (Don), Melanie Bell (Richard), Claire Robbins (Todd), Alice Duett (Jeff), Heather McGuire (Owen), Kyle Wigginton and Chip Billingsley. Nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

She was a member of the Sherman Church of Christ.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Duet, Todd Robbins, Bret Shelton, Dylan Bell, Kyle Wigginton, Chip Billingsley, and Eli Bell. United Funeral Home is in charge.

Donations can be made to The Dorcus Sewing Class of the Sherman Church of Christ of which she was a member.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at United Funeral Service with Ministers Clay Foster and Joe Connell officiating. Burial will be at Fairfield Cemetery. United Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at United Funeral Service.
