Funeral Held For Retired Deputy

JONESBOR0, May, 17 (Special) -- Funeral services for M. V. Grigsby, 75, a retired deputy sheriff from this parish who died about noon Sunday, will be held at 4 p.m. Monday in the Jonesboro cemetery under the direction of Edmond funeral home.

Mr. Grigsby, a deputy sheriff here for many years, is survived by his wife and two children, Lavelle Grigsby of Covington, and Mrs. Ray Laney of Roswell, N.M.
