Joseph Nemerovsky, 85 of Southington passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Summit at Plantsville. He was the husband of the late Lois (Tilley) Nemerovsky.
Born February 7, 1933 in Ohio, he was the son of the late Samuel and Ethel (Haydu) Nemerovsky.
Joseph was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving with the US Air Force. He retired from Waterbury Farrel of Cheshire and was a Boston Red Sox fan.
He is survived by his son, Gary Nemerovsky and wife Mary of Middletown and his son Jeffrey Nemerovsky of Phoenix, AZ and 2 grandchildren, Krystle Hafele and Robert Goudreault and 3 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Mark Nemerovsky.
Visitation will be Thursday 5-7 p.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at South End Cemetery, Southington.
