THE LATEST FROM NEWVILLE
Newville, March 13. - Mr. Wflliam (sic) Shopwell, who has been suffering with tuberculosis for the past year, died at his home on East Main street (sic) at an early hour Friday morning, March 12th, aged 62 years and 11 months. He was a veteran of the civil war and resided during his life time in Newville. A wife, three sons and one daughter survive, William, Jr., Jennie, David and George, all being in town. Funeral services Sunday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
