DECEMBER 24, 1943 ~ MAY 30, 2018 (AGE 74)

FROSTBURG- Regina Florence (Rafferty) Morgan,74, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born in Eckhart, she was the daughter of the late Norbert Rafferty and Elsie (Kyler) Rafferty.
She is also preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters. Regina was a member of the Divine Mercy Parish at St. Michael’s Church and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Farrady Post Unit # 24. She had worked in Dietary at the Frostburg Village Nursing Home. Regina was a proud graduate of Beall High School.
She is survived by special nephew, Tommy Rafferty and wife Sandy, brother, Bill Rafferty and wife, Barbara; and friend of the family,Bill Owens and wife, Jamie.
Family and friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Saturday, June 2 from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home at 11 a.m. with Deacon Harold Bradley officiating.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
