SOUTH SALT LAKE -- Isabella Gilroy Graham Huffaker, 81, died June 16, 1983, at home of cancer.
Born January 6, 1902, in Schofield, Utah, to Smith and Janet Douglas Graham. She married William Vasco Huffaker, June 30, 1925, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died October 14, 1971. An active member of the LDS Church, she served as an ordinance worker in the Salt Lake Temple for eleven years and was a 100% visiting teacher. She served two terms as president of the Women's Auxiliary of the Railway Mail Clerks. She worked many years as a chocolate dipper for the Cummings Candy Company of Salt Lake City. During World War II, she worked for the Eitel McCullough Company.
Survived by: two daughters - Mrs. Daniel (Cecilia) Jerrome, West Valley City; Mrs. H. Dean (Marjorie) Higginson, Lehi, Utah; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Jeanette Trottier, Lebanon, Oregon; Mrs. Cecilia Halladay, Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 12 noon, in the Kimball LDS Ward Chapel, 2280 South 300 East. Friends may call at the Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and at the ward chapel, one hour prior to services. Entombment at the Salt Lake Memorial Mausoleum.
