Mrs. Elizabeth Ragan Mamie, 48, of 531 North 61st Street in Wyandotte County, passed away Wednesday, July 9th, at her home. She was born at 530 North 61st Street and had lived at both addresses all her life. Mrs. Mamie was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and its Altar Society. She was survived by her husband, Frank Mamie, of the home; her father, John Ragan, of 530 North 61st Street; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Sutter, 6421 Farrow, also in Wyandotte County; and three brothers, John Ragan Jr. of 530 North 61st Street, William Ragan of 549 North 61st Street and Maurice Ragan of 7926 Metropolitan in Muncie, Kansas.

The Rosary was said at 7 o'clock on Thursday at the Butler Chapel. Services were held at 8:30 o'clock on Friday at the Butler Chapel and at 9 o'clock at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
