Mildred Rose Sutter, 85, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away Wednesday, April 7th, at Providence Place in Kansas City, Kansas. Mildred was born May 31, 1913, in Kansas City, Kansas. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, its Altar Society and the Little Flower Circle. She was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Mamie; and two brothers, John Ragan and Maurice Ragan. She was survived by her husband of 60 years, John F. Sutter Sr., of the home; two sons, Jack Sutter, of Houston, Texas, and Dennis Michael Sutter, Kansas City, Kansas; one brother, William Ragan, of Kansas City, Kansas; two granddaughters and three grandsons.

Friends called from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Meyers Family Funeral Home in Kansas City, Kansas, where the Rosary was said at 6 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial was held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 10th, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Kansas City, Kansas. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas. Memorial contributions were suggested be made to Christ the King Catholic Church.
