Caroline Hazlett, age 58, died Friday, January 8, 1926, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

She was born October 25, 1867 in Franklin, Pennsylvania to William Craft Coast and Clementine (Hoffman) Coast.

Caroline "Carrie" Coast and Charles Whitfield Hazlett were married December 17, 1889 in Sedan, Kansas.

They spent some years in what was, at that time, Indian territory, and afterward moved to Colorado, where they made their home.

She is predeceased by her parents; a daughter, Goldie Hazlett; a brother, Clinton L. Coast; and a sister, Mary E. Coast.

She is survived by her husband, of Laird, Colorado; a son, Victor Charles Hazlett of Wray, Colorado; three daughters, Sylvia Ann Cathrine Keenan of Wray, Colorado, Winnifred Clementine Leasure, and Adaline F. Houtman of Sheridan Lake, Colorado; four brothers, Richard Wallace Coast, of Benton County, Arkansas, James Huffman Coast, Benjamin Franklin Coast, and William Henry Coast; and a sister, Nancy Addie Van Buren.

Burial is in Combs Chapel Cemetery SE of Fayetteville.

Note 2) Her father's immigrant relative was Johann Kraffgoss, that was changed to John Kraft Ghost and now some family members have changed to Coast.

Note 3) Charles W. Hazlett was buried in Exeter Cemetery in Colorado with his parents and daughter, Goldie .
