A daughter of the late John and Catherine Bonhard, nee Dietrich, she was born in Belleville, April 26, 1872. She married Joel S. Daniels in St. Louis, October 31, 1903. Mr. Daniels, a former mine manager and township school trustee, died May 8, 1949.

Miss Christine M. Daniels, 6 S. 29th St., a kindergarten teacher at the Union School.
Sam N. Daniels, 618 Mascoutah Ave., chief engineer for Hoeffken Brothers Company.

She was preceded in death by a [step] son, John "Corky" Daniels, and a brother and two sisters. Mrs. Daniels was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Belleville Chapter No. 423, Order of Eastern Star, Cedar Shrine No. 60, White Shrine of Jerusalem, American Legion Auxiliary and Senior Past Patroness Club. She received a 50-year membership pin from the Order of Eastern Star in 1958 and was one of the organizers of the Cedar Shrine.
Funeral will be at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Albert B. Baldus Funeral Home to Walnut Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Fred Cornel, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate.
