Susan was born on June 3rd, 1945 at her parents home in Albia IA.She is the eleventh child of twelve. Susan never married. She lived a peaceful life in the family home with her sister Rosalie. Susan worked as a caregiver to her mother Eva Jordan. She also ran a daycare out of her home and babysit for a lot of her family and friends children. Susan unfortunately found out she had Lung Cancer in 2008. Later, after undergoing treatments, she found out it went into remission. Susan passed away at the hospital on May 15, 2018.
Susan was such a happy, caring, loving and giving women. She would have given you the sweater off her back if you needed it. She always kept in contact with family because family was important to her. She liked to write letters and always made sure she didn't forget a birthday.
Susan loved dancing, signing, country music, and loved to tape songs off the radio. She loved to Fish, Shop at DAV, collect porcelain dolls, and was always curious about the unknown. She was great at keeping the family history up to date. She loved being out doors planting flowers and watching all the wild animals in her yard.
Susan is survived by her older sister Rosalie of the home, Nieces, Nephews and their families and many other friends and families.
She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Eva (Warren) Jordan and brothers: Dick, Ronald, Norman, Earl (Sonny), Stanley, David, Kenny; Sisters: Betty, Margie, Betty Lou.
