She was born to Mosiah Stephen and Caroline Hill Behunin.

She was their 10th child and last daughter. She had eight brothers and two sisters.

She married Charles Elias Blackburn on 12 Jul 1906 in Clawson, Emery, Utah.

Together they had the following ten children: Charles Leo, Owen Elias, George Franklin, Irvin Montrose, Lester, Grace D., Clive David, Gladys Mae, Teddy D., and Dortha Blackburn.


She married Albert Edward Weddle in 1930.

Cynthia Rebecca Behunin:
She changed her name to Gladys when she moved to California in 1936. She was the grand-daughter of the pioneers that settled Utah and formed the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her children were: Leo, Owen, Ervin, George, Ted, Grace, Gladys and Clive (who died when he was 9 from typhoid), Lester and Dortha who died when they were just days old.
